Snow at Shaver Lake

Your mom and I wanted to see some snow, so we took a late winter drive up to Shaver Lake where it was still cold outside and snow was still on the ground.

Spring had already sprung in the Valley, so on the way to the lake we saw some green pastures and ponds filled with runoff from the snow higher up.
We can always count on the rural areas we drive through to have some great sights and wonderful photo ops.
At the lake there was still some lingering snow, and it was still pretty cold!
One of your mom's impromptu natural art pieces.
As we readied to leave, snow started to fall. Little flakes got caught on this mossy rock.
