The Vineyard farmer's market

Your mom and I made a little tradition for a while of going on Saturday mornings to the little farmer's market just a block away from our apartment, called The Vineyard. We'd always grab a pastry from the vendors and perhaps a cup of coffee, and then pick up some fresh orange juice and some strawberries, when they're available.

Farmers' markets always have a quaint cuteness to them that your mom and I have fun being around.

In the spring, Saturday morning is a great time to do some outdoor produce shopping.

They have a lot of different varieties of fruits and vegetables, all locally grown and sometimes rare and not found in normal stores.

We would always admire the exotic flowers the florist would have available as well.
