Playing with the camera in Sausalito

Your mom and I spent the afternoon in Sausalito, a cute Marin County town on the bay with a strong tourist draw. We were looking for a nautical, coastal backdrop to play with some photo hobbies we've been having fun with.

I've been having a lot of fun trying out new beer places and taking pictures of my adventures. This one was at Moylan's, a microbrewery we stopped at on the way to Sausalito.
Your mom's photo hobby has been finding cool backdrops for fashion oriented photos. She's a great model, and I try to capture her to do her justice. Sometimes it works out really well.
Beautiful...
Sausalito sits right on the bay, north of the Golden Gate Bridge. It's a tourist hot spot with a lot of small-town American flair.
The town was packed today! These are hundreds and hundreds of tourists who rented bikes and pedaled across the Golden Gate from San Francisco to Sausalito and are waiting for the ferry back.
On the way home we stopped by the smaller Mill Valley to try out another fancy beer place that served boards of food like this. Some of these places are silly overpriced and try to make themselves too swanky, but I'll try anywhere once.
