Your dad's dissertation defense

Part of my process of becoming a psychologist involved designing and completing some research exploring some form of psychological phenomenon. It was something I dreaded but eventually came to have a lot of fun with, and in the end it was a very positive part of my experience in graduate school. Today I had to "defend" my dissertation to all the psychologists who oversaw the process, sharing my results and ensuring I understood what I had been doing this whole time.

I got dressed up to present the final defense of my dissertation.
Your mom has been an enormous support throughout all of this.
This was my committee, from the left, Dr. Tillery, Dr. McKenzie, and Dr. Robinson.
